Islamic narratives affirm Second Coming of Jesus (PBUH). For example, the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: 

I swear to God, whom my life is in his hands, that, Jesus, Son of Mary, will certainly descend among you as a righteous judge and a just leader.”

The commentators also, in interpretation of verse 159 of Surah Nisa, relate it to Second Coming of Christ at the Apocalypse and consider this verse in this regard. Anyway, issue of descending of Christ and his Second Coming at the Apocalypse is one of the common thoughts of expectation between Muslims and Christians.
